OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by SRK Motors, LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individuals who:
are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
are legal residents of the continental United States or the District of Columbia excluding Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Vermont;
purchase the America 250 Freedom Bundle during the Contest Period.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins July 4th 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends August 4th 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received during the Contest Period.
4. How to Enter
Each purchase of The America 250 Freedom Bundle provides one (1) Contest entry.
Inside each bundle, purchasers will receive a postcard containing a unique QR code linking to the Contest Entry Form.
To enter, the purchaser must:
Scan the QR code;
Complete the Entry Form with their name, mailing address, date of birth, email address, phone number and order number;
Submit one (1) guess of the weight (in pounds) of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle as equipped in the official YouTube video(s) posted by Sponsor.
Limit one (1) guess per bundle purchased. Multiple bundle purchases = multiple entries, but each entry must be submitted separately.
5. Nature of the Contest
This is a skill contest, not a sweepstakes or lottery. The winner is determined solely by the accuracy of the entrant’s guess.
The motorcycle’s official weight (“Actual Weight”) will be:
measured using a calibrated scale;
documented by Sponsor;
recorded prior to the start of the Contest Period;
kept confidential until the Contest ends.
6. Determining the Winner
The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the Actual Weight.
If two or more entrants submit guesses equally close, the tied entrants will be asked to submit a second weight-guessing challenge, and the closest guess will win.
No random selection will be used at any stage.
The odds of winning will be determined by entrant’s ability to calculate the weight of the motorcycle and any accessories using publicly available information.
7. Prize
The winner will receive:
2001 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic Harley-Davidson motorcycle, shipping cost and cash value to help with costs.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2500
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner is responsible for registration, title, and any other fees associated with prize acceptance.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via the email provided on the Entry Form within 7 days after the Contest Period ends.
The potential winner must:
respond within 72 hours,
complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility,
complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release, and
provide any required tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9).
Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of the next-closest entrant.
9. Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify:
purchase of the qualifying bundle;
identity and eligibility of the entrant;
authenticity of the entry;
compliance with these Official Rules.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted through automated means are void.
10. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to:
abide by these Official Rules;
accept Sponsor’s decisions as final;
release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or prize use;
allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes (where permitted by law) without additional compensation for a period of five years following end of contest.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
technical failures;
typographical errors;
force majeure events.
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for Contest administration and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.
12. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Winner List
